Lutheran East has been one of the top teams in Cleveland/Ohio for a while, but looks like Lutheran West has joined them.

They beat Gahanna Lincoln and Lima today in Sandusky at the Midwest Live event and after watching them play a couple other times this summer, definitely the look of a team that can make a deep run in D2.

The Lutheran schools aren't messing around in hoops. Fwiw, I think West is the better of the two.
 
 
West hired CCC’s previous head coach and immediately began expanding their enrollment areas. They have multiple transfers in both football and basketball. They seem to be very aggressive in their marketing campaigns.
 
Lutheran West beat Ignatius tonight 74-54 at Ignatius. They also have a win against a solid Maple Heights team.

This team looks like they are for real.
