Are 7th and 8th graders who already began practicing with their school teams allowed to compete in this tournament without breaking rules set by ohsaa?

As long as a wrestler does not compete in a scrimmage or event vs other schools they can compete in any open event. Once they have participated as part of their JH team vs other school teams they cannot participate in an open event.
