Freestyle and Greco training Mondays and Wednesdays
Both styles will be coach both nights. Along with live at the end

we plan to travel to other schools in area on Thursdays night for more mat time.

Coach Lindsey - main technician with other coaches helping as well.

Team Lindsey and Jr crusaders have been getting after it -we are training our guys to be well rounded wrestlers looking for more work we do accept walk ins.

Monday and Wednesday training non advanced guys 6:00-7:15pm
advanced and older guys go 7:00-8:15pm

Fridays - 6:00-7:15pm

Pretty Awesome wrestling has been going as well on Tuesday and Thursday 6:00-7:30pm
