Solon Comet Classic Predictions

Chanel should run away with it as a team and probably have 10 or 11 placers with 3 or 4 champs

I read somewhere they go to Oak Harbor and according to Highschoolsports.net they go to Oak Harbor, Solon seems a little tougher than Oak Harbor so I'm surprised they would make the switch.

According to Highschoolsports.net it shows them going to Bryan, thanks for informing me sir.

according to the schedule that I have Walsh is hosting the Walsh kickoff duals
with Davidson,Mi,Lexington,Midpark,Bryan,Marysville and Dayton Christian

The teams entered for the 2010 Solon Comet Classic Tournament are as follows: Berkshire, Chardon, Oregon Clay, Eastlake North, Akron Firestone, Canton Glenoak, Jackson-Milton, Kenston, Lake Catholic, Mentor, Nordonia, North Olmsted, Orange, Painesville Riverside, Parkersburg North (WV), Pickerington North, Ravenna, Solon, Akron Springfield, St. Peter Chanel, Akron St. Vincent-St. Mary, Strongsville, Twinsburg, and Willoughby South. (24 teams)

I don't like to gamble but I'd be willing to bet $10,000 that Austin Marsico does NOT place in this tournament. Just saying.

For ASVSM:

I have a few wrestler's to throw in the mix, likely a few more:

Rix at 112
Gibson at 119
"Popeye" Ryan Skoienczny at 135
Stone at 215
Lugo at HW

Wow, good thing Walsh left, could of had a Skonieczny vs Skonienczny match at 135. My bet is that, one or the other would of went 135/140 though.

Republic-

Add in Brian Fleming at 125, bad showing at super 32 but he should surprise some people here and in D2.

Evangelista, Strongsville will surprise

He has worked extremely hard over the summer and is ready to break-out, not sure of weight yet, 125-135. Look for Swan to be in the finals at 160.

RoadKing- I agree with Swan in the Finals unless Baker is at 160, then I choose Baker, either way no one touches Walters

Toughest weights as of now seem to be 130, 119 and 160, in that order.

130 has a returning state champ and 3 State Placers.

No way Assad beats Thompson

Maple Stang- Your kidding right? Assad placed at Super 32's and lost to Damian Cruz by 2 points over the summer. Assad is definitely the better wrestler. Rix will beat Thompson in the semi's anyways.
