A well rested Watterson team hit their first 6 three pointers and opened up an early 22-0 lead then cruised to the win over the Greyhounds. The Eagles made 9 of 10 shots from the field and led 24-10 after the first period. The Eagles's Freshman Sophie Ziel led all scorers with 15 points while Oliva Keeney had 12 for Grove City.

In the McKeesport, PA Tournament, Imarianah Russell scored 20 points to lead Reynoldsburg (6-1) to the win against Penn-Trafford (0-2). Mya Perry added 18 points in the win while Olivia Pepple had 11 points for the Warriors.

The unbeaten Indians (6-0) and the Tigers battled down to the wire with Mechanicsburg prevailing in the match up of OHC rivals. The Indians took their first lead at 29-28 near the end of third quarter then held on by surviving a late Tiger three pointer that rolled off and a foul shot as time expired. Sophomore Olivia Skillings led all scorers with 15 points for the Indians. The Indians defense was sparked by Addie Delong.
