This was the first game I saw MU play. I've seen 5 VV games. I'm not sure why MU didn't plan to run the ball 50+ times. I feel like that was how they were going to win the game. Control the clock, keep VV offense off the field, wear them down. VV was more athletic, MU was bigger and stronger IMO. IDK, just my observation.
