We typically tell clients the expected life span is 10 years. With diligent and routine maintenance, the life span can be expanded to 12 years.
It also depends on the amount of usage and how many sports are played on the field. The more sports, events and usage throughout the year can limit the total lifespan.

What does "maintenance" look like? I don't see much happening after install at our field.
Also, Any comment on non rubber fill? Visited a college that had something other than rubber. Supposedly cooler and healthier for player?
