Great job ladies, finish the job and bring home Perry's 1st State Title. All of the PTO should be there on Sat, let's fill Firestone withe the perry faithful.

Perry plays winner of Liberty Township Lakota East-Grove City...that game was supposed to be last night, but due to rain and rain, and did i mention rain? anyways, that game is being played in 5 minutes at Firestone...
 
If Perry's bat are on... oh my goodness. I've said all year...to beat Perry another team is going to have to get 5 or 6 on them because they are dangerous at the plate. And if Rohr is on...game over.

THANKS. We need to do this! Maybe we can get something started at Perry again. We are close and then not so close. There are some good kids in all of the sports programs and we are so proud of these girls. It is always nice on Yappi to see someone that follows another school give a shout out! The game dosn't start until 1:00.....I thought.

By the way, according to their website, STO will show the game at 11:00 tonight.

According to the Repository, all three games scheduled for today are on hold due to rain. They are still hoping to get the games in, but the earliest Perry will play is 6:00 tonight.

There were 4 games scheduled for today, they got the D-2 game in.

LOL, well, I can only halfway blame the Rep. Their update does says that the Perry game is the first of three scheduled for today. But I also thought that the thread about Lakewood's win was started yesterday when it was actually started today.

What can I say, I'm easily confused. :blush:

By the way, I didn't even know they were playing, but the Hoover girls lacrosse team lost to Upper Arlington in the state championship. I think it was 14-8.

Regardless of the outcome of this game, it's been a very good year for girls sports in the Federal League.

For sure JAF... and in track so far, Hoover's girls won the 4x800 relay, Hoover's Morrow got 2nd in the high jump, GO's sprint relays got 4th in two events with a hurting Kandace Thomas as anchor and Kandace did repeat as state champ in the 100 earlier in the day
