Anxious to get home.Any idea why?
I don't disagree, but the dual was wrapped up and to be fair, The Bucks are thin at 57.Throw someone out there to wrestle.

From my seat Friday, it looked like he had a knee brace on his right knee under his sweats after his match.Anyone know why the Buckeyes forfeit at 157 ? Throw someone out there to wrestle.
I believe the official notation was a MFF.From my seat Friday, it looked like he had a knee brace on his right knee under his sweats after his match.
People often say stuff like this about Malik or other light guys, but back when 118 was a weight class the recovery time was way longer and most guys making that cut were at least as big as today's 125 pounders. When the weight classes shifted some guys moved up all the way from 118 to 133. If there were a lighter weight class under today's rules then yes, it probably would benefit him. But with the old 118 under the old rules he'd be facing basically the same guys he's facing now.Malik needs the Old118 weight class...
Now you got it. I wouldn't want a 118 weight class with regulations that were pre 1997 for a guy that's wrestling in 2022?If there were a lighter weight class under today's rules then yes, it probably would benefit him.
That’s pretty awesome IMOI count 5 possible Ohio starters for Columbia. Rini (Eds), Kazmir (Eds), Garr (Aurora), Wolak (Coffman), and Baker (LaSalle).
HahahahI would like your post but I know “Getting”-Old142 is lurking around here somewhere.
Agreed; we don't want to go back to those rules. Perhaps I was painting with a broad brush and shouldn't have lumped you in, but I often hear people say similar things with the implication that wrestler X would've been better off back when that weight class existed. I guess I find it to be a moot point. Now you got it. I wouldn't want a 118 weight class with regulations that were pre 1997 for a guy that's wrestling in 2022?![]()
It was just my thought on Malik benefitting from a 118 class.I guess I find it to be a moot point.
Well even better cuz he's 10th there...I used Intermat rankings.
I'll do better next time...maybeWell even better cuz he's 10th there...
Paddy didn't wrestle because of an injury. Not believed to be his knee. If the match was on the line I believe he would have wrestled.Any idea why?
