While Stieber did win 4x, he wrestled in a fifth and his first CKLV at 125 losing in the semis and dropping to 6th. I believe he injured his hand and redshirted after this tourney and came back the next year @ 133 to start the journey as a 4x everything in college wrestling.

Always a great early season tourney. Does seem to be the same teams year in and year out. Not sure if that is on purpose or what.

I'm aware. I wasn't interested in posting all of OSU's CKLV placers the last ten years.

This CKLV looks to be the best college tournament outside of Conference and NCAA tournaments.

Pretty good early test for #5 tOSU w/ #3 AZST, #4 MICH, #6 CORN in the lineup.

I can't update much, but Malik lost R1 to Brett Ungar of Cornell 4-0. Got turned in 3rd period, only points of match. Sasso won by tech, Kharchla won like 8-2 R1. Koontz lost 11-4 to Kai Orine, D'Emilio won and has Cael Happel R2. Smith won 12-3.

Really you're going to post your picks when the tournament is in the semis???? JK ;) Why is Paddy a no show? I mean if it's flu you'd think a few others would be no show on TOSU team. Interesting results.

Why is Paddy a no show? What about 133? Mendez or at least Bouzakis?
How does Kharchla get hit with the only move you know 100% for sure is coming.
Smith and Orndorff hurt? Maybe when Orndorff tried to throw his opponent who landed on top of him for a TD to win the match. WHY???
Smith didn't look good yesterday. Hoffman? Maddening. It was a rough day one for half the Buckeyes.

Karchla is a horse surprising for even for me to believe. All he had to do was keep the leg and Cook would never have had the leverage to pull that off.
