2. They lost a stud coach that simply wins everywhere he goes: Jim Harbaugh. They lost the best DC in college football (Jesse Minter).
3. The late in the game coaching turnover left Michigan no time to hit the portal and left them with NO QB. And that was extremely obvious.

But yet through it all, they beat a 20+ point favorite on the road in "THE GAME". Then they went on to beat Bama. Michigan got better as the season wore on. And it showed. So all those first year starters will now be second year starters. Add in they now actually have a solid QB room. A better OL. 2 stud Rb's. A stud DL. Michigan will be MUCH improved and will make it 5 straight vs. the suckeyes.

Which would I rather do:
A. Go 15-0. Win the Big10. Win "THE GAME". AND WIN THE NATTY! Earn a spot in the 4 team playoffs.
B. Lose 2 games. Not even play for your own conference title. Lose "THE GAME" at home when you were favored by 20+ points. Would not have even made a 4 team playoff. Could not earn a spot in a 4 team playoffs. (needed expansion to 12 to even get in).

Hmmm??? No brainer!!!

The asterisk is for the team that was not good enough to beat their rival AT HOME as a 20+ point favorite. Was not good enough to even make their own conference championship game. Was an undeserving 2 loss team. They did nothing to get into a 4 team playoff. The asterisk is because without expansion, they are done. 12 teams is a joke and the numerous lopsided games proved it. 12 teams was a money grab. 12 teams was a gift to 8 undeserving teams and the suckeyes were 1 of the 8. ASTERISK * and mythical.

There is no mention of Ohio State's championship being in question by anyone. Michigan can not make that statement on their questionable 2024 cheat to win championship.

In my scenario, only 1 is an earned National Champion. That actually went undefeated (15-0). They actually won "THE GAME" in that season. They actually WON the BIG10 Championship. And had to qualify when only 4 teams made it (which is much harder to get in- than 12). 12 which is a joke, and included about 8-9 worthless undeserving teams. Without expansion to 12, the suckeyes are OUT based on their body of work. Seedings were a joke. Many of the teams that got in were a joke. It's pretty obvious who is much more deserving.

Yes … one is earned by winning 4 games against the best teams in the country … and one was helped by cheating … enjoy it now … might not have that undefeated season much longer … 😂😂😂
