Yikes. Not a good look for Urban Meyer and Ohio State. Have to think recruits will shy away from the program after this.

Surprised Studrawa is out. Not a great recruiter (or perhaps somewhat lazy as a recruiter), but he was a good developer of talent. I'd have to think the dude from UCLA that Day has connections with is already in.
Makes me believe there may be a shakeup of defensive coaches, but perhaps that won't be the case if Coombs is fine with just coaching DBs. Coombs and Washington can both really recruit, and I could see them retaining both with Barnes leaving and having brought in a new DC that's very experienced with LBs and that also has some Safety coaching experience

I am sorry. I am not sold on Washington. I won't lose any sleep if there is an overhaul on that side of the ball other than LJ.
