Six Ohio boys team are entered in Nike Midwest Regional at the LaVern Gibson course in Terre Haute, Indiana this Sunday, November 13: Mason, Davidson, St. Xavier, Lancaster, Coffman, Midina

Five Ohio girls teams are entered: Davidson, Jerome, Beavercreek, Mason, Avon

Top two teams from eight regional meets get automatic bids to the Nike Cross National meet in Portland, Oregon and six at large teams are chosen

Top girls individual is Bella Butler of Oakwood 17:41.3 at 12th

Ackley’s finish earns him a trip to NXN. The top 5 finishers in each region whose teams did not qualify earn individual spots.

Ackley finished 18th in Portland today in a time of 15:20.9. He'll race in San Diego next weekend.

Newbury Park boys took home both the team and individual title. Winning time was 14:44.5.
