some are also adding the lighted led backboard light for when the buzzer goes off

If they do, they are doing so in violation of the rule.

LED lights in association with the shot clock are permitted around the shot clock only. Placing them on the backboard is not permitted as it would create confusion when the shot clock expires close to the game clock.

Is that the same policy for end-of-quarter shots?

If/when the shot clock is implemented in Ohio what are some of you going to complain about next?

Likely that teams are taking the entire shot clock to shoot and how teams should be penalized for taking more than 10 seconds to shoot because its not as exciting as "I" want.
