New Philadelphia at Hubbard Week 11

only bet the girard guy because his team was still playing bum. when your team is sitting at home you lose the privilege to bet. i bet you bum cigs from your co workers as well. and we dont know sh1t. the eagles will go to canfield expecting to win. thats the difference between struthers & us. your happy being mediocre
Ooouch

Canfield at #4 gets two home game. I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure.
Ding Ding You are correct sir, welcome to Cardinal Country haha
Top 4 seeds get 2 home games as long as they win in round 1. If one of the top 4 seeds lose then 5-8 gets a 2nd home game, if there is 2 upsets then 9-12 would get a home game miraculously against a 13-16 seed.

Those were some down years for Canfield.
2-8 in 2012
3-7 in 2013
5-5 in 2014
Those were Canfield's 3 worst seasons in the past 25 years.
The only good thing that happened during that period was my neighbor set a State record for rushing yards and TDs against Niles in 2013.

Do you think Canfield asks for SR film? Maybe a script to stop the RB.
Trust me I'm sure they've seen it. If Hubbard runs the wing next week it'll be the same result. Hubbard ran everything out of the spread tonight. Obviously NP isn't nearly as good as SR, but the spread looked way more natural for Hubbard tonight.

Not to mention those were some of Hubbard's best teams with LJ Scott.

I didn’t watch Hubbard tonight but getting the RB in space makes a ton of sense. Going to have to add a wrinkle because Canfield defense is awfully good.

Hubbard coach Jeff Bayuk was 3-3 vs Canfield, his old team, 1991-1998

Now he is one of the best tailbacks I have ever seen play, he had that true breakaway speed. Would have been interesting to see LJ Scott Hubbard vs say 2005-2007 Canfield, that would be a heck of a game, I would be interested to see what he could do against a Canfield team that allowed less than 6 points a game all season.

He was a stud, that's for sure. One of the best backs to ever come out of the area. That 05 team had Barbarro, correct? That kid was phenomenal. Was Bana on that team too?

Yes they were on the State Runner-Up team. Babarro was not as good as LJ Scott though, not even close.

Going to be a really tough challenge. Lowery is a true dual threat. Like the Poland kid but more polished. Hubbard will have to play their best game of the year. A bad half will spell doom against Canfield. Tonight's win reminded me a lot of Indian Creek in 2018. IC played Hubbard close for a half, hitting some big passes. Hubbard ran away in the second half. The next week Hubbard knocked off the defending champs in Boardman, in what was one of the best efforts I've ever seen from a Hubbard team.
No disrespect towards anyone, but Canfield’s Q isn’t very similar to Poland’s. Fulton is a hard runner, not much of a thrower. Lowry is a speed dual threat, who may be the best passer in the area.
