what are some new matchups happening this season between teams that have never faced off on the gridiron?

Greenon vs Cincinnati Taylor, Week 1
 
 
August 20, Struthers at St. Thomas Aquinas
August 27, Crestwood at Struthers
September 3, Streetsboro at Struthers

Struthers hasn’t played any of them before. There should be a good spotlight on that week 3 game vs Streetsboro.
 
Week 2 Lancaster @ Marysville - not sure if they have ever met on the football field
Week 3 Olentangy @ Lancaster -They have met many times for scrimmages but I believe this will be the first ever regular season meeting
Week 5 Lancaster @ Olentangy Berlin - first meeting ever
 
I'm not positive, but Avon vs. Medina. (and also both are in the conversation as possible final 4 in their divisions.)

Avon 31 Medina 28.

Avon controls the ball with the running game and runs clock, but Medina is able to score on some air strikes by Allar. Avon’s stellar kicker, Vakos, hits the game winner in a thriller.
 
Week 1: Euclid at Aurora
Week 3: Ursuline at Chardon
Week 4: Brush (Division II) at Mogadore (Division VI) (first time these two have played IIRC)
Week 8: East Liverpool at Warrensville Heights
 
Week 1, 2021: Delphos St. John's vs. Delphos Jefferson. First football game on the new turf at Stadium Park. DSJ and DJ met in a playoff game in 2001 but never before in the regular season.

Nope. Milton was much larger than Bethel until lately. Milton used to be much larger than it is now. Bethel never wanted to face us. It was approached before but Bethel always said no.
 
In the WBL, St Marys plays London and Wapak plays Marion Local in week 1. I'm not sure it's the first time ever meeting with these programs, but it is a significant change for both Auglaize County schools as their longtime week 1 opponents, Sidney and Bellefontaine respectively, have dropped off the schedule.
 
Waverly playing Johnstown might be the first time we have ever played them. I know they’ve played wheelersburg in the past and have given them fits on their post season runs
