I agree, I was thinking of a GCC more along the lines with Heights, Shaker, Euclid, Brush, Bedford, Lorain and etc. I don’t see them wanting to try and take on Mentor, Brunswick and Strongsville in all sports.I think the only way Brush joins the WRC is if Mentor and other bigger schools are gone. Lyndhurst is a growing city, but trying to keep families in Lyndhurst is its own problem. South Euclid on the other hand is a lot bigger population wise, but is kind of stagnant growth wise. Brush enrollment is now down to about around 1000 from about 1600 in 2018. I don't think they would be very interested in being a small fish in a big pond.
I think the WRC that @BlackandGold proposed would be a solid league. Great rivalries, and schools who would be great competitive fits with each other.
