NE Ohio HS Baseball Thread

lets kick off a place to begin talking about this upcoming season for us ne ohio guys

college commitments, district favorites, league favorites etc.

Looking forward to seeing what Tallmadge has this season. I haven't followed as closely lately and believe they have a strong group but not quite sure.

Chardon is looking to repeat as state champions. I think they moved up to Division I? Kenston also made a run to the State Final four, and they dropped to Division II.

Walsh Jesuit and Archbishop Hoban both bring back loaded teams as they reached the regional final and the state championship, respectively.

chardon coming up to d1 and repeating would be a tough task with how loaded d1 is i would imagine, no?

kenston going to d2 will def. make them a threat i believe. a lot of departures from d2 with teams going up to d1 and some even dropping to d3

Walsh has won 4 in a row and 9 of the last 10 against Hoban.
Warriors have the better senior class but Hoban has the higher rated junior and sophomore classes. Should be a good game again this year.
