Cincinnati Nippert (2), Galbreath Field, The Shoe, Akron Rubber Bowl, Paul Brown Stadium and 6x’s @ PBTS

Wasn't there only the first game at Nippert? The last one at Paul Brown Stadium in Cincinnati .

Obie-Won has correctly pointed out the second Nippert game was in 1997 . My bad !

Moeller pretty comfortably…somewhere in the 41-20/38-17 range.

This is a very solid Moeller team. However, Big question mark still remains at QB. If QB plays is decent, this team has a chance to play to deep into November. RB's Marshall and Weeder will be heavily counted on early in the season until QB gets some experience. Defense has a chance to be really good. Great to see the excitement building for these 2 storied programs meeting again!

2022:?
Series was strong in late 80s and through 90s. Why did it abruptly stop and randomly start?

IIRC Hason Hall said no more playing private schools. Big departure from "We'll play anyone, anywhere" culture.
That was over 10 years ago. Our recent schedules includes private/parochial schools. What about McKinley’s?

Very uneasy after this weekend’s scrimmage. ?

Wow. You knew that record. Congrats! You are probably the only St. Ed’s fan that knew that info. I bet you also remember, 3rd and 30!
Forgot to mention AZwildcat used to mention they countless times in the Ignatius thread. I would guess most Ed’s fans would recall as well after seeing it so many times.

Since you are posting records. What was the St. Ignatius-St. Edward series record during that time?
Last I saw it was like 26-21-1 or something close to that in favor of St.Ignatius. I’m totally fine with that considering the dominant run they put on through Ohio for close to 25 years.

Good night. Don’t stay up too late!
