Milesplit and Baumspage linking

In years past, the Milesplit bots searched Baumspage for season bests and personal records. This year, I am noticing that this does not happen as often or at all. Yesterday we hosted an invite on Baumspage, and I wonder if there is a way to get Milesplit to notice the results.
 
 
1) You can email the Flat HTML version (not a PDF) of results from Hy-Tek to results@milesplit.com.
2) You can create the meet in Milesplit yourself and upload results. You don't need to activate online registration in order to do this.

Hmmm....I'm wondering if anyone is interested in me loading state meet results of the past into Milesplit? I also have results from other ancient meets as well.

I think that process was already started in milesplit and the meets have been created.

Yes, just post your version in Milesplit with the correct dates attached. Milesplit is hit or miss on state meet results and only feature meters. If you find a way to create flat HTML of those old meets please share so I can do the same for my area.

Thank you. Yes, I can create flat HTML out of the Word Document (I'm still on Office 2007 !) I have all the state meet results saved on. I'll have to separate out each of those years to create separate files for each year. I'll give it a go next week starting with the 1905-1907 O.I.A.A. state results - the precursor of the current OHSAA meet that started in 1908.

Maybe I'm slow on the uptake this morning, but for #2 option, where do I go to create a meet in Milesplit to upload results?\

If it's this link, https://www.milesplit.com/meet-creation, then it says you have to be a team admin or timing company.
 
Another ODD Milesplit Glitch.

I've had kids that are on our roster not download and when I went to do a scratch and replace, they were not in the database. I figured the meet manager just did not select full roster when they downloaded. The one kid had been entered many times at other meets and in fact ran the night before and was entered in that meet properly. However, when I went to double check my roster, I found that I was missing kids that had I was sure were in before. I put my entire roster in. Maybe I forgot a kid. I found I was missing 4 or five kids. I went to put them in again and it said there was a similar athlete. It was my kid.

We are running a home meet today. I needed to sub a kid after the registration deadline. He is on the roster but did not download. I downloaded full rosters and he is not there even though he shows on my roster in milesplit. Same issue with the girls roster. 5 Freshmen just gone. Went to add them to the roster and got the same Similar Athlete notice. I have print outs of the roster and have changed nothing for months.

These are kids that have results in Milesplit! I'm concerned for the District meet. I'm going to make sure I print my full roster and make sure any athlete I plan on using is listed in a relay somewhere so they download.

Anyone else having this issue?

psycho_dad, this season I have done a couple of roster downloads, and the kids all show up in XC for some reason, or with no season active. So I had to go into the roster to activate them for TF. Check your full roster and see if they are there, just not active for outdoor track and field. (Note: In Milesplit's roster view you can't select a bunch of them, you have to do it one at a time.)

No, a bunch just all of a sudden were gone. I brought up the full roster to see if they somehow accidentally got removed from the outdoor season, but they weren't on the roster at all. (Until I tried to add them again)

For our own meet, I was debating about entering a kid who had been injured/ sick. (He was there for me to select for the online entries) I decided to wait and see if he could go the day of and just scratch and replace. He wasn't on my roster in Meet Manager even with a full roster download.
