You are right . Mason went on first. What was Springboro’s coach thinking when he chose the same bracket as Mason?

Springboro is a solid team but that is a headscratcher. I thought Lebanon usually got grouped with the north teams. Hamilton v Milford nice first round matchup. The smaller brackets does mean better early round games.

1) Mason picked
2) Springboro passed on the second pick,
The pick went to the next Dayton team which was Fairmont
3) Lebanon picked
4) Springboro on the clock again. They passed for a second time.
Centerville used the pick Springboro passed on, and chose to go away from Fairmont and the bracket Mason picked
5) Fairfield Picked
6) So that put Springboro up again - and now they only had 3 options: Play Fairmont or Centerville in the District Semi's or take the Mason bracket.

They turned the 2nd pick into the 6th pick by passing twice.
