Final Comments:
In this transition year to a new coaching staff, a new system, and into a new more competitive conference, we are looking to maintain solid pressure defense and fill new roles on offense. We anticipate competing for league title in the KMAC. Seniors Alesha Felix, Sydney Strouse, and Sophie Lee will be looked at for scoring and leadership. Junior Addison Wolford and Sophomore Elly Hensel look to be major contributors as well.

Always interesting to see narratives that new coaching staffs push as they take over a program.

Loudonville only played 4 league games last year in the MBC - and hasn’t lost to KMAC school in a decade - so the whole “different conference” approach may not fly with those close to the program.

Wolford, Strouse and Lee were all contributors on the State Final 4 team last year - with Strouse even starting games during her career. They have a lot more experience back than one would think - even with Mya Vermilya’s injury.
