That's not good comment. What do you think Cocke ran all those year of success wing t, at the end a little spread with Agler. He'll ran Wing T under center and Shotgun Wing T and he'll win in a couple years once they buy in. I don't think he'll rid of Saunders because he under Craig at Eastwood and Rutherford told him that to do.

I have no dog in the fight and have no idea who Saunders is or care, I was just pointing how administration will fire coaches, then bring in a coach that would/will run and do the same exact things previous coach (or two coaches ago) did. Just interesting to me and how this isn't uncommon in todays age of instant gratification and not understanding the process.

I assume the coach you are referring to is Dale Bernard....? wasn't because of his offensive sets why he was not brought back......
 
Hearing Brian Fox is out at Elyria and Damian Creel is out at Lorain. Fox rumored to be going to Westlake and Creel to Euclid. Rough week for those 2 struggling programs.

2. Elyria (Division I) is now looking for a new Head Football Coach to replace Brian Fox.
3. Koleton Carter is replace Coach Mark Pinzone as the new Head Football Coach at Brunswick (Division I).
4. Gallipolis Gallis Academy is now looking for. anew Head Football coach to replace Coach Koleton Carter.
5. Millersburg West Holmes (Division Iv) is now looking for a new Head Football Coach to replace Coach Zach Gardner.
6. Shawn Kiss is replacing Coach John Wade as the new Head Football Coach at Bowling Green (Division III).
7. Craig Rutherford is replacing Coach Josh Lindke as the new Head Football Coach at Tongtogany Otsego (Division V).

Or ... maybe they saw a young coach who is really good at what they do and they have their long term guy. Age doesn't mean lack of ability.

The young coach probably doesn't have any kids and/or may not be married. He can pour is heart and soul into the program without worrying about work- life balance.

This type of hire is for small time programs. Brunswick would have laughed at this type of guy 12 years ago. But now this type of hire is expected for the current state of a once amazing program. is all I am saying.
