1. Proctorville Fairland (Division V) is now looking for a new Head Football Coach to replace Coach Melvin Cunningham.
2. Oberlin (Division VI) is now looking for a new Head Football Coach to replace Coach Dominique Goodwin.
3. Arcadia (Division VII) is now looking for a new Head Football Coach to replace Coach Ethan Percer.
4. Calvin Renfroe is replacing Coach KC Woods as the new Head Football Coach at Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy (Division IV).
5. Sam Cotterman is replacing Coach Craig Rutherford as the new Head Football Coach at Pemberville Eastwood (Division V).

I am hoping I am wrong with this prediction, Ohio is pretty red throughout the state right now and there is a negative connotation towards public schools (not going to go into the reasons why or argue that here), I think we will see a lot more levies fail in the next couple of years. We may see a lot of schools go back to skeleton staffs similar to things after the housing market crash/great recession. Which will have a direct impact on schools' ability to get a desirable coach. Really Really hope I am wrong.

I am just going to say this, most schools that are fiscally responsible have never left this way of thinking. Schools that make teaching positions for coaches are usually the ones that suffer during dire times. The key is to find a quality teacher and coach in the same person.

Harder and Harder to do with year round obligation and not receiving year round coaching pay.

it’s hard to tell if he was forced out or not? wouldn’t make sense if he was, but he made it sound like that it was a possibility.
