I once had a local college insist on my player attend a college visit, missing the Monday practice before a regional semifinal on Tuesday. I told my player I would immediately stop recruiting a player who missed practice under those circumstances and left a scathing message on the college coach's voicemail. He ended up missing school but attending practice. To answer your question, college coaches generally don't consider high school schedules when setting up college visits.
