Agree with OBCD. And actually, Strausburg (sp?) might be debatable for #2.
Chapman shouldn't be in the same discussion with dominant starters like Verlander, Kershaw, Strasburg, Hernandez, etc

Chapman is a closer
I've only seen the Redlegs play one time this season, and I thought he was their set-up guy. He doesn't have many saves for a closer.
Buy a clue man.
So he's been their closer for about three weeks. Yes, then he may very well be the top closer in the three week period he's been in that high pressure role. :clap:
People are just noting how dominant he's been this year, overall.
Measuring a starting pitcher based off wins and losses is always the best way, so I agree with brian.
A lot of pitchers can have a good year, but very few can do what Chapman has been doing. RA Dickey? Give me a break.
