Strausburg's having a heck of a season. I'd probably put him #2 right now. He has a chance to be the best pitcher in baseball for the next decade if he can stay healthy.

Chapman shouldn't be in the same discussion with dominant starters like Verlander, Kershaw, Strasburg, Hernandez, etc

He will be ok until he tries to become a starter like Feliz and burns his arm up.

JesusChrist3 is dumb.

For believing that he should be in the bullpen rather than a starter? And referencing another flame thrower who tried to do that and ended up with a bad elbow as my reason for concern? Understood.

Verlander is way better than Chapman at this time.
Can throw as hard as Chapman and has much much more than a fastball.

People are just noting how dominant he's been this year, overall.

I haven't seen him pitch this year, but have seen him in the past year. He's a phenominal talent. I really hope we never see him during the upcoming six games the Reds and Indians will play. I'm hoping the Reds see a lot of Tribe closer Chris Perez, though. :D

As far as this year, you cannot argue with Chapman's numbers. They are dominant.
