iCloud help among other things

Started Friday but when I connect to the internet I immediately get a notice that someone is trying to access my Apple account from San Antonio, TX. I live in SW Ohio not Texas. Of course I say don't allow and it asks if i want to change my password. Sure. It will not let me. Keeps going into a loop. Never forward. Any ideas?

Call Apple iCloud support.
 
I had an Iphone crap out on me back in 2018. I had a ton of pictures on there, the only way to keep it on was charging non-stop. I ask my wife what about all these pictures, she assures me they are on the cloud. 7 years later and I still can't access them. Any clue?

Sign in to Icloud, turn on Icloud photos.
