That's what I took away from Bidens justification, which totally lacked any self awareness. If you are saying the justice system is rigged you are vindicating what Trump has been saying.

MEDICAL commentator Dr John Campbell told viewers of his YouTube show this week that the Biden administration’s rumoured plan to issue a pre-emptive pardon to Dr Anthony Fauci is ‘concerning’.

Campbell said a pardon would help cover up evidence of a possible Covid-19 lab leak and covid vaccine injuries, including evidence detailed in the final report released last week by the House Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic.

Campbell said a pardon would also help conceal evidence outlined in The Real Anthony Fauci: Bill Gates, Big Pharma, and the Global War on Democracy and Public Health, by Robert F Kennedy Jr, nominated by President-elect Trump to head the US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).

‘If Fauci is going to get a complete pre-emptive pardon, that means that there’s going to be no effective discussion,” Campbell said. “I’m sure Anthony Fauci is really upset about this because he would really like the opportunity to clear his name … because he is the science, remember?’

I’m sorry, but I’m gonna say it again, there is no such thing as a preemptive pardon. This is like changing the definition of “vaccine”, or “marriage”, all over again.

If the individual has not been charged with a specific crime for which to be pardoned, and the president retires before a person has been charged, that president has no power to pardon such a person from charges due to a future discovery .

None of the framers ever intended that a president be able to bestow blanket immunity from criminal prosecution upon those whom he favors, especially as he cedes power. GTHOOH

I hope some conservative legal minds are working on tearing this absurd yit apart as soon as the pardons are issued to the rest of the January 6 imprisoned

Can I ask? How can a man that was officially declared by a DOJ Special Counsel to be too old and incompetent to stand trial on his handling of classified documents be competent to sign pardons that do not even fit the legal definition of a pardon for a crime?
