Strength- Size upfront on both sides, skill players on offense.

Weakness- experience and depth.
 
 
It's strictly a guess on my part but Coach Gilbert might have seen things drying up for a while at Columbian when he stepped down. Based on the success the program had up to that point it probably was very attractive at the time. Colatruglio is a fine coach but wound up taking a blow to his otherwise stellar record while at Columbian. If I'm not mistaken Coach Gilbert is still the running backs coach at Tiffin University so he still had a few downs left in him.
