'Heart Break' For Lemont Volleyball...The Punishment Does Not Fit The Crime

 
It's the right call. I suspect that there are plenty of teams that did not play the maximum of 35 let alone exceed it. Shame on the coaches and athletic director for not catching this simple mistake before it took place. There is no excuse.

What is even worse is that the school sued the IHSA. It is time for adults to understand that rules exist and following them should be a virtue, not complaining when they are caught. Just shameful actions by this school.
