Why not? Is he going to get a better offer than one from a D1 school with a solid academic reputation, located in an attractive, desirable college town? Kyle did the smart thing. He got a firm offer early on from a school that he liked, and he jumped at it.

Kyle said it himself; he's a MAC player. Now he's committed to a MAC school. He's going to be living in Athens and playing for Frank Solich. Pretty good deal, IMO. It works out well for all parties.

Great for kyle hammonds getting a scholarship is a good thing and get a good education

Very good fit for Kyle,with alot of hard work he may be able to play down the road. Lets take care of some unfinished business here at Solon first.Cannot wait for the season to get started.
