I know this is early but I have seen other post about it. I know some of the top teams lose there best players but they usually rebuild. Let me know thoughts.

I think Wayne has the best Athlete returning in Avertette-Brown.

Springfield always has athletes but how will they do with their new QB.

Best QB Returning- Cole/Miller

Best RB Returning- Thompson/Johnson/Brunicardi

It will be interesting to see who Centerville hires.

What y’all ain’t know is all the transfers in the league. averrette-brown is done at Wayne, Cville kids already talkin bout transferring if stokes or puckket aint hired, creek having some of their best kids transfer out, sfield kids talkin bout transferring depend on what happen with Cville new head coach

This transferring is out of hand. Not to mention them kids don’t know about Stokes lmao they just talk to talk and repeat what they hear

I haven't heard much.

Any ideas of who is going and where they are going or is it all just waiting to see what coaches get hired.

Depending on who Northmont hires, they could have a resurgence pretty quickly with Trotwood headed to DPS. I would think those kids would rather be in the GWOC and considering the proximity…..
Not unless they hire Kerry Combs. And I got better odds at going to mars with Elon.

I agree. AD seems to want somebody a little less opinionated. Id look for Northmont to dip before they go anywhere, which will run off more talent. Do kids really care about league anymore? Are they thinking about a league plaque? I’d question that. Your region can easily decide your success. I’d rather be in Trotwoods shoes than Northmonts right now.

Someone tell @midline that it isn't Jake Myers. Apparently being a position coach and a Wee Bolts coach doesn't get you the Varsity HC job. Who knew?
You seem to have an issue with Coach Myers...what is it? A lot of Northmont people thought he would get the job because he was a successful player, both at Northmont and ONU, then became a teacher and coach and has been with the Bolts for a decade. It seemed as though the previous regime wanted to have coordinators that he didn't have to worry about being head coaches and Coach Myers never got the chance at the D coordinator job. Regardless of whether he has coordinator experience or not, Coach Myers has the dedication to Northmont football (over self interest) the the program has needed for a long time. It is a shame he isn't getting the opportunity. Hopefully he doesn't have to leave to find the opportunity to grow. Can't wait for the Bolts to bring in another version of Coach B and flounder for another decade.

Fairmont returns all three backs from this season , their backfield will hands down be the best . Those 3 backs are animals , dotty being the best of the 3 but man do they all compliment each other well .

most of the oline returns as well , knly
Losing 2 out of the 7 that played .

I don’t have an issue with him at all. I don’t know him. More about people thinking he would get the job with zero experience. That’s just dumb.

But man I tell you what, every single Northmont poster on here is miserable as hell and completely negative. Maybe it’s you guys and the rest of the community that keeps Northmont from winning. Debbie downers

With the asinine politics of Northmont over the last 15 years. There is enough drama, backstabbing and intrigue that would make ancient China during the 3 Kingdoms conflict look like a girl scout picnic. We have a reason to be cynical.

Really? A state championship winning head coach is not impressive? What is your definition of impressive then? lol
A state title is always impressive. He did it at a private boarding school with an enrollment of 360 and a tuition cost of $60k+. What does that have in common with the types of kids and families he will coach and interact with at Northmont?
