This is the college football forum and about the 7th thread started about Michigan by Ohio State fans. You guys get a hard on every time you see or hear the word Michigan. Its pathetic.

Please say your going to stay around when the 3rd investigation is launched by the NCAA after the FBI closes the Weiss case and the NCAA picks up the Football cheating part of it.

Spelling out this loose end here, as none of my folks have been able to make definitive sense of it.
Based on some of what was witnessed inside Schembechler Hall, the hacked images portion of the investigation did in fact begin as "suspected CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material)". Fairly early in the investigation, there was a certain comfort level with connected individuals that the CSAM angle had been ruled out and those pictured were of age.
I had assumed that ruling out CSAM involved identifying and verifying the ages of the involved victims, which surely would have resulted in contact and disclosure.
Knowing today the sheer volume of victims - as well as the specific targeting of young, female college athletes - it seems highly unlikely to me that every image saved involved and individual who was of age. Hacking into the iCloud photo histories of 18 and 19 year olds but not accessing any inappropriate media of them prior to turning 18... just doesn't make sense.
It also seems unlikely that the feds would leave CSAM-related crimes uncharged.
Bouncing some theories around, I'm wondering - hypothetically - if this investigation focused more on the process of his crimes to secure a base indictment, with the possibility of additional charges being added through victim disclosure... certainly a tool that could be used in negotiation of a plea agreement?
This is a pins head of information being put out right now.
I'll leave this right here . Classic stuff. And it all transpired inside the walls of the "sacred " SCHEMBECHLER HALL by Harbaugh's Michigan Men.

This is Jim Harbaugh in reality. He got ran out of SF before he got fired, He was getting his butt kicked by Ohio State and got his pay cut drastically, Tried to bail for the NFL two years in a row but no one would hire him.
And then bought in to this whole cheating scandal and not only encouraged it but brought in Conner S. and Weiss to engineer it.

"The recklessness and negligence and misconduct of the Regents, the University, and Keffer in these respects enabled Weiss to target female college athletes to obtain their private and sensitive information without authorization, including but not limited to Plaintiffs."

Yeah i'm going to layoff Peter and 1 this is going to get very ugly . Peoples lives will be shattered and the collateral damage will be felt all the way through Ann Arbor from Top to Bottom including the Football Program. Been 100% verified they had Ohio State FB practice footage on Weiss computer . Hail to the Cheaters

Neither have condemned what Weiss has done while continually trying to play the moral superiority card. By being silent both are, at worst supportive of, at best (relative term here) okay with, what Weiss did, as long as it won Michigan some games. I don’t think you need to lay off either of them.
Then i certainly won't. I've got plenty of ammo . But i won't use it unless they keep playing the fool.
i have a feeling with the broad scope of the cheating, lying, and cover up coming to light with the National Media and starting to finally be reported on those 2 clowns won't be around much.
Stuff that a few of the Buckeye sites were alluding to over a year and a half ago.

According to this Detroit News story, the University of Michigan, its Regents and Jim Harbaugh enabled Weiss’ predatory behavior, by giving him unmonitored credentialed access, 6 years before ever being hired by Michigan football
