Nice group coming back. 11 Underclassmen started the state championship game. Other than Harris at DT, both lines will have to be replaced, but there is plenty of talent. Look for 2 Sophs to compete at NT and DE. How about QB Emery to safety, kinda like Drew Robinson a few years back? More talent and depth in the entire program than Moe has had in a long time. Frosh class is really good. 2025 going to be exciting again!

I am guessing the X game will be at UC if UC is away that weekend. Where will the other 5 games be West Clermont or MSJ?

Unfortunately that will not be an option. UC has 7 straight games at Nippert after opening up in Kansas City vs Nebraska.
It was announced last fall that the St X game and Princeton game would be at West Clermont HS. The other 4 home games were TBA—as of last fall. Classic Moeller, right?
What would you have them do? No one will rent to them and it’s a minimum of $30 million to build a stadium within 5 miles of Moeller. The team made it to the state finals despite the lack of home stadium so it’s clearly not hurting them competitively even if it kinda stinks for the fan base. In an ideal wold they would have their own stadium, but i dont see that ever happening at this point since costs have exploded since 2020.

As far as UC, we (season ticket holders) were told something. Let’s see if that pans out, but regardless of those dates, no Moe v X @ UC this go round.

UD is a great venue for football. Plenty of parking, great venue for the kids, and easy access to highway.

My understanding is that Moeller use the X/Elder games as events. They give away a lot of VIP tickets. To give those VIP tickets they need to have luxury boxes. UC has UD doesn't.
Not actual boxes, it’s one big suite upstairs with stadium seating- for alums, donors etc. The game at UC is always a great environment, hope it happens

Yes! Nothing about using Nippert and/or UC’s facilities is free. Moe has a great business relationship with UC.

No games at UC. It’s not needed. The amount of fans that attend the games these days are around 5-6k ish even on a very good night. Sprinkle in a game or 2 where they hit 10k with Elder or X / late round playoff. Moe will keep doing what Moe does, no stadium. Rinse repeat
Sorry, a bit confused-Is this your opinion or you are saying there are definitely not going to be a game at UC this fall? If opinion, I disagree- i think having a game at UC every season is very much needed! It’s a fantastic atmosphere for players and fans- it’s something to look forward to for those who dont want to travel to MSJ (or now west clermont) for a “home” game.
The UC games are a great atmosphere. It would be great if they did one a year there. I for one don't mind West Clermont. As an Eastsider it's closer than MSJ.
I believe WC would only be available for use on saturdays which works for a couple of games due to travel for the opponents. I prefer it also- only being able to watch the game while seated in the stands at MSJ (next the opposition no less) was a negative too.
