Election Fraud is gearing up

So, you don't really know the ruling or the law.

90 days before the election, they cannot systematically drop a block of voters from the rolls. It has to be individual case by case. It's a law... Just following the law.
"Virginia’s program violated a federal law that forbids systematic removals from the voter rolls 90 days before a federal election."
“When it is within the 90-day period, it must be done on individualized basis,”
Also left out that actual legal voters were being dropped. “ The challengers also put forward evidence that citizens were being wrongly removed from the rolls under Virginia’s systems, the judge noted."

That might be genuinely applied to the "moved-aways". It cannot supersede citizenship requirements for voting.

Leaving illegal alien registrations in the mix isn't that. It appears that you don't really know the law, or you wouldn't support this absurd ruling. 🤷‍♂️

non citizens can't vote. the law is the law.
Almost on cue - you're such a predictable clown

In before your predictable pseudo-rebuttal

The Biden-Harris Department of Justice is now suing Alabama and Virginia for removing noncitizens from the states’ voter rolls, citing (wrongly) the NVRA’s list maintenance provisions as prohibiting the removal of noncitizen registrations in the 90 days preceding an election. The DOJ is wrong on the law because the NVRA was not intended to apply to registrations that were never valid in the first place. The administration’s lawsuits merely confirm that Democrats view illegals and noncitizens as a key component of their political base.

It is not just the NVRA that is problematic: the Help America Vote Act (HAVA) requires states to confirm the identity and residency of any applicant seeking to register to vote in any state. Notice anything missing in that list? How about confirming an applicant’s U.S. citizenship status? That was not included in the law passed by Congress in 2002 because no one could have imagined a day in the future when an administration would adopt a “whole of government” policy that ignores the nation’s immigration laws and rewards those who come across the borders illegally.

what you fail to understand is they took actual legal voters off. just have to do it on an individual basis. there are places that allow non citizens to vote in local elections.

Sorry you are in a cult.

You don’t get to keep 4500 illegals and 1000 dead voters on the books because of 500 moved-aways that may or may not have reregistered in another precinct already.

If the inactive date’s threshold falls less than 90 days from the election, one might have a legitimate complaint.

Scotus will decide, and it seems likely that you will treat the removal of illegal aliens as a reason why we need a 14-person Court. You are a clown.

If your BS causes rioting, you might be an insurrectionist. Whose interpretation of “fire in a crowded theater” are we going to use ? I’m sure yours does not cut the same in both directions

That's exactly what happened in VA and all the judge / judges said is that it can't be a mass dump, but has to be on an individual basis because it was within 90 days of the election.

Typical of how it always happens, so pretty simple solution.

Funny how you just made up numbers and scenario when it's all in the article and links.

non citizens can't vote. the law is the law.
Was thinking about this earlier today. Can you imagine if Glenn Youngkin were to say something like this?

"Non-citizens can't vote. The law is the law. Non-citizens who are found voting will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law in Virginia. On November 6, we will verify whether or not these illegally registered voters voted and take action accordingly."

The outrage over voter intimidation would be through the roof!

Which is why they shouldn't be registered. They show up on election day as registered to vote no one is questioning their legal ability to do so.

We've also been told non citizens don't get government benefits but we know that's false.

Maybe the governor of Virginia should not have had a messed up BMV that accidentally registered people. Then to correct his systems incompetence, he did not do things in the proper time frame and then panicked and dumped legit voters. He can still fix it . Court told him how.,

You are in a cult if you believe non citizens should be voting in any election. This is the problem. Their name goes on the roll with no distinction and then they can vote in any election.
