Yes it was a horrible call because the ref got it wrong and gave Hoban the ball at WW's 10 yard line in what is shaping up to be a defensive struggle. Sure it was a bang/bang play but under the circumstances I would give the benefit of doubt to the punter here. If the ref had, it would have been the right call.

Knee was down but before ball ? got to the punters hand. Knee was clearly off the ground when he caught the ball. Blown call by the official. Good job by the WW’s d holding Hoban to just a FG.
