D4 Region 13 2024

Crazy how many people get so upset on here lol. It's HS football guys, calm down. 13 is probably the most competitive pound for pound region imo, and gonna be an exciting few weeks. Glenville, LC, Perry, Streetsboro, WB... Injuries can happen at anytime and really throw things off. No point in getting all stirred up. Hoping Perry can go all the way again this year, but there's tough competition ahead. These boys will have to play their best ball if they want a chance at all. I do believe whoever wins R13 takes state.

It’s going to be a fun few weeks!
 
I will admit that it sucks having to play Glenville in week 12. However if this WB team wants to go where they want they would have to play them eventually whether week 12,13,or 14. Guess we just roll with the punches and be glad we have the chance to play them on our home turf. Go Branch! Beat Hubbard!

I always chuckled when I see teams leave the grass long. Fast dudes are still faster than slow dudes regardless of the length of the grass.

West Branch is built for this region. They can score on anybody. It's a shame they ended up on the same side of the bracket as Glenville.

Only potential advantage comes with the cleats the home team would be wearing and if the away team had the correct ones. But it’s a small advantage.

There is nothing defeatist or loser about my attitude as I don't have a dog in this fight. Its called an opinion and I am of the opinion that Glenville will win the region and the state. It's a shame because I think West Branch would give everyone else in the region a good fight.
