I would imagine that it could still be held there as long as they don’t need to tear up the track to put in the turf

Is this a brand new turf surface or replacement of a previous turf surface? If the former, I see no chance it would be completed in time for a district meet (with no damage to the track to boot). If the latter, it can be done if the company installing the turf is competent and properly equipped.
Putting turf in is a very destructive process

Yeah I realized that about 5 seconds after I posted that…..guess it will come down to when they start the project then
The news said they are starting in April. Anyone know if they started yet since we have had such a nice spring?

In bigger news, the NE is getting 4 D3 district meets (Cuyahoga Hts. is hosting an "A" and "B" section, so the Norwayne Regional will be comprised entirely of NE teams. East District teams will go to the Heath Regional.
