Congrats to the Cardinals who advance to the Final 4 with a controversial 1-0 win over Pickerington North. The game's only goal came via PK with 2:47 left in regulation resulting from a highly questionable foul in the box away from play. After a long delay and consultation between the Ref and RA, the penalty was given. This came just minutes after Pick North scored an apparent goal... but, that goal was waived off without explanation after a mad scramble in front of SC's goal.
The gusting winds played a huge role in the play, as SC dominated the first half when they had the wind and PN dominated the second half. Fun, well-played game between two quality sides.
