Controversial Call Sends Team To The Championship - Travel Ball

 
I'm guessing the runner from 2nd was called for interfering with the shortstops ability to field the ball?
 
Yes. No call on the play but the umpires had a long discussion and overturned the call. The losing team was not happy.
 
The swearing parent in the stands set a great example for the young ladies.... It's just a game.... Geesh..... On a side note, where was this game at? Beautiful weather.....
 
Looked like interference to me. I think if she would have made any effort to avoid the ball or the play on the ball they wouldn't have overturned it. Bottom line, somebody was going to be unhappy either way.
 
Oh no, a controversial call in a travel ball game.....
take it as a blessing to get home much earlier....
