Club Season 24-25

Attack's 17-1 will be pretty damned good. Might be the best team in the state even including 18s. Three very good OHs and strong defenders.

Attack 17-1 and 18-1 both coming up unfortunately short in Nike Freezefest this weekend. 18s with a loss to Prevail after beating C2 (1 seed), and 17-1 with a loss to Attacks own 17-2s team. Another 3rd place finish for a very talented 18s team that certainly could’ve won the whole tournament. This team has the talent and grit to turn some heads in the club world just like last years 18-1s. It’s just up to the players to iron out the issues holding them back. As for 17s, it’s a question of whether or not their talented OH duo is enough to keep them winning down the line. We’ll see how things pan out at MBPS 2 in a few weeks!

How did Ohio teams fare at nationals?
Collectively, not good.. There were a coupe of decent finishes, but the top teams from each of the clubs did not fare that well. I think limiting the Open division to 48 teams really created a tougher field for not only the Open division, but the Premier division as well.
