It's already happening. It takes starting the kids young, and that's what's happening with Blue Jays and other youth programs like Milford, et al.

The summer camps are a big help too.

interest. MD, NJ, NY, VA, PA, etc. all have so much more interest in lacrosse. there, lacrosse is the main (or top 3) sports in the state. people care more about lacrosse in MD and NY than they do football or basketball. once that happens, the gap will begin to close. more athletes will choose to play lacrosse and then the teams will get better.
