Nice to get the series win over the Dodgers after sweeping the Rockies. Pretty good momentum heading into Minnesota in an early battle for the division lead.

Yep, he should not have broken Carasco's hand, injured Danny Salazar, forced Bauer's finger into the drone blade, made it rain in the middle of their game 7 rally or made them have only two healthy starters. Given what that team suffered through that season, getting them to the 7th game of a World Series was coaching genius.

Lol. It's not like Tito had a young, unproven Shane Bieber and didn't use him. It;s Merritt, who had never accomplished anything in the MLB and never will.

Give it up man. Take the "L" and admit you are wrong, and admit Tito knows 10X more than any of us about managing an MLB squad.
 
I felt that this was a .500 ball club, maybe even a little under that.

Unless a few young guys stepped up, and emerged as everyday players, which so far, they have.

But it's a long, long season.

It helps that Tito is one of the best mangers in baseball, if not the best.

No one with half a brain judges baseball on a daily or weekly basis. On any given day even the Reds could win a game 10-1 against a first place team. Baseball is judged over the long haul.

Cleveland is 5 games over .500 and one game out of first. All the experts expected them to finish way below .500 with this roster, battling to stay out of last place. So yes, Tito gets the blame for their current position...

No, we make make all of our judgments based upon the last 3 days or the last game of the 2016 World Series.
 
Hamilton reports that in these most recent 8 games with the Twins, Cleveland went 5-3 and won all 5 in their last AB. That is crazy fun stuff!
