If you move Kwan and Clase, you’ve got Ramirez pointlessly stuck on an awful team as he exits his big-production years. Why would he want that? Sit him down and explain that you’re doing him a favor by letting him go to a winner for the latter stage of his career.

Look at the Joey Votto situation. Reds fans are much more invested now that the team actually has hope vs. the last decade of Votto’s career when they had an “icon” who was surrounded by a generally poor team.

????? Tyler Freeman ?? hes played in like 40 games and has 1 HR and less than 15 RBis last time i looked .He s hitting .330 but small sample size I dont get your point here . ??Like he would have to be an every day player to be fair ro compare

The Reds aren’t getting results today appreciably better than Votto’s last five years. They are still a middling team.

Keep throwing AAAA shiite sacks like Wilson and Rodriguez out there when you already have proven busts like Naylor, Arias (now Rocchio) and mediocrities like Martinez, has been like Santana and only legit starters like Kwan, Ramirez and guys who should be getting more time like Manzardo. Thomas is on his way out and Fry is injured. The rest don’t even matter.

No, I think you are probably correct. In the 3 games Cleveland won the scores were 7-0, 3-1 and 7-5 (that was a 3-3 game at the end of 9). In the losses 0-5, 1-2 and 0-1.

Also, I know Riley Greene is an All-Star game starter but if the only games you saw him play were the games against the Guardians, as it is in my case, you might wonder how that is the case. Greene is 0 for 19 with 11 Ks so far against the Guards pitching. I don't know what his numbers are against everybody else but he has to be hammering the rest of the league.

You have to be freaking kidding me. Bo can't hit and he has regressed badly behind the plate. Of course Clase hit the guy that scored the tying run but that's on Bo. That has to be a passed ball. That was not a wild pitch.
