Can anyone help me with this? If your High School team is still playing, can you play in a beach tournament? The OHSAA guidelines talk about not playing on a club team during school season, but technically beach is a different sport. Any thoughts?

My understanding is you cannot play club or any other tournaments of any kind.

If you want to get technical, Boy's vball is not OHSAA sanctioned (although they follow almost all OHSAA rules because they want an easy transition if they do get sanctioned).

I know most HS athletes are asked not to participate in other sports during their season, anyway.

I think it's risky to do it, though:
1- could jeopardize eligibility if someone decides to cause a stink
2- could get injured playing beach
