I am not sure about the other propects, but I do have some inside knowledge about McNick. As of right now McNick participates on Anderson Club Lacrosse, playing with kids fron Anderson H.S., (as well as some of the other area high school's that currently do not field teams). There are no immediate plans for McNick to field its own team, until at the very least OHSAA recognizes lacrosse as a sanctioned sport. Any "rumors" that have been circulating about McNick / Anderson having their own teams are just that . . . "rumors", with no true validity. Some day . . . probably yes, but not until OHSAA recogniizes the sport.

Thanks for the info. I had just looked at the OHSLA site a week ago and none of the "prosepcts" in bold were even there. Not sure where that list grows from, but I find it interesting a "Youth & MS" club team would be listed as a prospect for a HS team.

Agreed, I am not quite sure where the new "prospects" may have come from, and I am even more curious about the "Blue Jays" listing.
