B10 Pick'Em

All selections and/or edits need to be in by 10:00 PM Friday.

The seeds should be out on Monday, so I'll post all the wrestlers then. But there's a new rule this year, so I thought I'd throw that out a little early. Rule #1 was previously a suggestion, now it's a rule.

Here's the rules:
1. COPY AND PASTE your picks from the list below, or use exact formatting and spelling. This formatting will make things a lot easier for me (Excel spreadsheet is set up). Improper formatting will result in your team not being entered in the competition.
2. Pick ten wrestlers, one for each weight class.
3. You must pick one #1 seed, one #2 seed, one #3 seed, one #4 seed, one #5 seed, one #6 seed, one #7 seed, one #8 seed, one #9 seed, and one #10 seed. Note: Any wrestler seeded #9 thru #14 may be picked as a #9 or #10, but not more than one #9 seed.
4. We will base this on Pre-Seeds. If the pre-seeds are different from the final seeds, you keep that same wrestler and likely have two of the same seed.
5. If one of your wrestlers is scratched from the tournament, your pick will be changed to the wrestler with the same seed in that weight class. For scratched wrestlers seeded #9 thru #14, you will be given the #9 seed if you did not pick another #9 seed, or a #10 seed if you already have a #9 seed.

The numbers of teams have risen from 50 in 2015 to 82 last year. The NCAA Pick'Em hit 117 last year. As the numbers continue to go up, the time commitment goes up on my part, especially for those who don't copy and paste (or use the same format & spelling). BTW, about 90% of entries followed this procedure last year. Should be a great tournament. Good luck to all.

If you don't post this in every thread, the 90% last year will mean nothing. :censored:

For several years I use to re-post it every page near the top. And it got a little better each year. Then last year on the NCAA PickEm there was a knock down drag out Yappi style war with one guy threatening to pull out fingernails w/ pliers, another guy posting a Copy and Paste Hall of Shame, and another guy claiming he didn't copy and paste b/c he didn't like dashes. It actually was pretty entertaining. But as the numbers grow, this will make things more manageable for me. I won't need to re-post ad nauseam and I won't have to spend extra time reformatting entries. But I will miss the copy and paste wars. If the numbers drop by 10 or 20, so be it. It'll improve my chances to finish near the top, altho still likely closer to the bottom. I think most (the 90%) are used to doing the copy and paste, and the others will be puzzled as to why they aren't on the list, and likely figure it out too late. I will do a "reply" and warn offenders that they won't be entered unless they follow Rule 1. However, many, I suspect, post their teams and don't come back to the site until the tourney starts. Oh well.

Here’s all anyone needs to know about the bdhof B1G pick’em...

1) the system is rigged (bdhof has awarded titles, only to review the scores and pull a “Steve Harvey”

2) bdhof is crooked (see above)

3) my picks always finish ahead of “team bdhof” (trust me on this)

4) everyone likes me more than bdhof

I know you’re only saying that to make him feel better.... or you simply lack good judgment. Why else would someone choose to live in NE Ohio!
The good judgment part is debatable. Just ask half the “New” posters on any thread. Hahahah
Although I base camp in NE Ohio, I have been traveling across the US building projects and don’t necessarily miss the 1’ of snow y’all just picked up there! In KY currently building a hotel. ?

Thanks. I copied the error right off of the B10 site. It won't mess anything up on my spreadsheet. Either spelling will fall right next to each other. But I will change it above.
