Final Comments:
During the 2024 season we will rely on our veteran skill players. Offensively, JR Jackson and Ravhan Hawkins will lead the way after efficient sophomore seasons. Newcomers Taije Nicholson and Jarrin Blair look to step up and be playmakers for the offense. Undoubtedly there are big shoes to fill at quarterback where Bo Davis and Alex Hartman will battle for the position.
Defensively, we return the bulk of our secondary - JR Jackson, Brady White, and Bo Davis - that accounted for 15 interceptions during the 2023 season. The LB corps will be led by the Fast brothers, Carter and Grady. Newcomers Kam Burton and Mykell Williams look to complete each unit respectively.
The 2024 season will depend on the development of the offensive and defensive lines. Malachi Thomas-Allen will be the anchor as a 3 year starter. He looks to lead the way for several players such as Cainin Jones, Aaron Syme, DJ Geiselman, Ben Hall, John Babb, Jayden Lott and Collin Mason that have a chance to be key contributors on both sides of the ball. The Aviators hope to improve week in and week out so we are playing our best ball at the end of the season. Doing so will give us a chance to compete in the Eastern Buckeye Conference and the OHSAA playoffs.
