And Glenville being #7 is a flopping joke.
I agree but IMO these rankings are to date, what have you done for me this past week. Taking it week by week, this is probably accurate but doing a helicopter view of DIV for the season, this is wrong. Even when I do my rankings, I have a tendency to look to the future and really that is not what weekly rankings are about...

Centerville getting two first place votes but not cracking the top 10 is something
They don't deserve first place votes because they haven't beaten a top team. Maybe if Wayne goes 8-1 and the Elks beat them, then perhaps they should break into the top 10.

Trotwood is a real wild card. They're vastly improved, but they can sleepwalk through the back half of their schedule. It'll be interesting to see what they can do in the playoffs.

Who are the voters with these polls, specifically, is it the same 20+ “pollsters” for each classification?

I can’t comprehend how Pick North stayed at #2 after escaping a win against 0-6 Westerville Central.

Quite frankly, we only really need 4 classifications in this state when you could argue the top 3 teams right now aren’t even in Division I, just my take.

The same people that make fun of Massillon for their poll titles, simultaneously get pissed about these mid season polls that mean even less now then 40 years ago. This site is full of "interesting" people without any consistency.

AP polls are always skewed towards whatever team will garner the writers the most clicks or views. Toss them in the trash.

And were the writers any more informed 70 years ago when there was no internet to watch other teams than they are today. Seems like to me these polls are a joke today, yesterday and in Grandpas Day.
