Well, basically, maybe some “medical advice question”: I’m 34 years old and yes probably from the time I was 4, 5, 6 whenever is when my Dad/Mom started giving me “Flinstones Vitamins” as a child! But that’s my question: I’m 34 years old now and have recently just started using them again?? It says for Kids, they take 1 a day and for adults or something take 2 a day?
If you do use any sort of “over the counter vitamins” whether it’s Kids Vitamins or Adult Vitamins: What brand do you use or what brand would you recommend as an adult for using Vitamins? Or Do you personally prefer to use the “Flinstones Kids Vitamins” over the adult ones? Me personally, I look for Vitamin A and Vitamin C! So I guess basically my question would come down to:
As an adult 30s or older, would it make any sort of difference to still use Kids Vitamins? Or would it be time to switch to a different brand?? Thank you!
